Welcome to DeeptalkDaily. By accessing our website, booking a session, purchasing a package, or using our community and resources, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. About DeeptalkDaily

DeeptalkDaily provides supportive one-on-one conversations, personal growth guidance, educational resources, and community connection.

Our services are designed to provide a safe and supportive space for reflection, conversation, personal development, and growth.

DeeptalkDaily is not a therapy, medical, psychiatric, or emergency service.

Our sessions do not diagnose, treat, or cure mental health conditions and are not intended to replace professional medical or psychological care.

If you require professional mental health treatment, we encourage you to consult an appropriately qualified professional.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book and participate in one-on-one sessions unless otherwise expressly agreed by DeeptalkDaily and your parent or legal guardian.

By booking a session, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are eligible to use our services.

3. One-on-One Sessions

One-on-one sessions are designed around your individual circumstances, goals, and needs.

Sessions may include:

• Open and supportive conversation

• Reflection and perspective-taking

• Personal goal setting

• Practical guidance

• Exercises and resources

• Personalized next steps

You are never required to discuss anything you are uncomfortable sharing.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and personal wellbeing.

4. No Guarantee of Results

DeeptalkDaily cannot guarantee a specific personal, emotional, relationship, professional, or life outcome from participating in our services.

Personal growth is different for everyone and depends on many factors, including your circumstances, engagement, and actions outside of sessions.

Our role is to provide support, perspective, encouragement, and practical tools—not to promise a particular result.

5. Booking & Payment

Sessions and packages must be paid for through the payment methods made available on the website.

Prices are displayed on the relevant package or booking page and may be changed in the future. Any price change will not affect a purchase that has already been completed unless otherwise required by law.

Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive a booking confirmation.

6. Monthly Packages

Where a package is offered as a monthly subscription, the package will renew according to the billing schedule shown at checkout unless cancelled before the next billing date.

The specific inclusions, session allowance, community access, and other benefits of each package are described on the relevant package page.

Unused sessions or package benefits do not automatically carry over to a future billing period unless DeeptalkDaily agrees otherwise.

7. Rescheduling & Missed Sessions

We understand that plans can change.

You may reschedule a session by providing at least 24 hours' notice.

If you cancel or reschedule with less than the required notice, or do not attend your scheduled session, the session may be considered used and may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Exceptions may be considered for genuine emergencies or exceptional circumstances at DeeptalkDaily's discretion.

8. Communication Between Sessions

Where your package includes messaging or between-session support, this is intended for general support, reflection, accountability, and questions related to your personal growth journey.

It is not an emergency or crisis messaging service.

We do not guarantee an immediate response.

9. Community Participation

If your package includes access to the DeeptalkDaily Discord community or Transformation Circle, you agree to communicate respectfully and contribute to a supportive environment.

You must not:

• Harass, threaten, bully, or discriminate against another member

• Share another member's private information without permission

• Intentionally disrupt the community

• Use the community to promote harmful or illegal activities

• Present yourself as a mental health professional if you are not one

• Pressure members into sharing personal information

• Use the community for unsolicited advertising or spam

DeeptalkDaily reserves the right to remove content or restrict or terminate community access when reasonably necessary to protect members or maintain a safe environment.

10. Confidentiality

We take your privacy seriously and will handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

However, confidentiality is not absolute. Information may need to be disclosed where required by law or where there is a serious and immediate safety concern, subject to applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the DeeptalkDaily website, branding, logo, written content, resources, exercises, graphics, and other materials belong to DeeptalkDaily or its respective owners.

You may use resources provided to you for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, modify, or commercially exploit DeeptalkDaily materials without written permission.

12. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

We reserve the right to restrict access to the website where necessary to protect the service, our users, or our systems.

13. Third-Party Services

DeeptalkDaily may use third-party services such as payment providers, scheduling platforms, video-conferencing services, email providers, website hosting providers, and Discord.

Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DeeptalkDaily is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website, services, community, or resources.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.

Your continued use of DeeptalkDaily after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
